10 Habits Every Girl Should Have

  1. Check your pay stubs, credit card statements, and bank account regularly.
  2. Put down your phone when you are out with people.
  3. Don’t skimp on sleep.
  4. Use SPF, wear hats in the sun, and avoid tanning beds.
  5. Learn to take constructive criticism.
  6. Count to 10 when you are angry.
  7. Don’t snack if you aren’t hungry (this is a tough one for me).
  8. Drink at least 8 oz of water every day.
  9. Practice the 2/30 rule – 2 hours of TV = 30 minutes of exercise.
  10. Start fresh every single day, and learn to love your life. You only get one.
